The workshop will focus on how an understanding of groups from a psychodynamic perspective can release the potential of the group to perform its primary task and work to its best potential. We will explore and identify some of the underlying psychodynamics and processes which impact on the formation of group relationships and leadership style.

This workshop will be of interest to professionals working with groups in the Voluntary, Health, Education and Business sectors.
