Conference of the Science and Research Committee (SARC) of the EAP
We would like to call your attention to the forthcoming conference of the Science and Research Committee (SARC) of the European Association of Psychotherapy (EAP).
This conference is the outcome of much brainstorming produced in the meetings of SARC, the newest committee of EAP.
One of the aims of the conference is to encourage the organisations of EAP to do research in psychotherapy and to create a collaborative space to access information on the contemporary parameters of research in psychotherapy.
The Conference was brought to our attention by our umbrella organisation the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP) and we thank them for that. We recommend members consider attending because research is becoming increasingly sought after from other professionals that we collaborate with in our work, as well as those of us interested in gaining third level qualifications.
