Lunch and Learn with ICP – SAVE THE DATE
DATE FOR THE DIARY.
The Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP)
is organizing a ‘Lunch and Learn’ Seminar hosted and chaired by
Nessa Childers M.E.P.
on the following theme
‘Psychotherapy is an effective talking therapy, but do you know who you are talking to?’
It will take place on
Thursday 11th February 2016
12 noon – 2.30pm
In Buswells Hotel, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2
Mental and emotional health is essential to our over-all wellbeing and allows us to thrive. Talking therapies are recognized as an effective intervention in managing anxiety, depression or trauma. However, Psychotherapy is often described as ‘the best kept secret’ which means that often people may not know what it can offer; what areas of difficulty it addresses; who it is that delivers the service and what information – including quality assurance – should be sought before engaging in therapy.
The Seminar is aimed at clarifying some of the key questions that arise for people as they look for an appropriate professional to support their mental and emotional health.
There is no charge for the Seminar and a light lunch will be provided, but early booking is essential as places are strictly limited. To book your place, please email admin@nullpsychotherapy-ireland.com or phone 01-9023819.
