LEGAL ISSUES
Many counsellors and psychotherapists fear the court system and what happens when you find yourself caught in the legal arena through your work as a therapist.
This workshop will focus on note taking from our sessions with clients and how these notes can become so important in writing a report for presentation within the court system.
We will explore how to prepare and present in court and attention will focus on child protection issues. The mode of delivery will include a variety of teaching methods to include experiential work of a court setting where participants will have the opportunity to role play different relevant scenarios.
Coffee and Registration: 9.30am
