Continuing your Mindfulness Journey on the Compassion Based Living Course(CBLC)
Taking you on an in-depth and experiential exploration of Mindful Compassion with a view to integrating into your everyday life and profession. Learn to be with more compassionate with yourself, your clients and others. Drawing on the wisdom resources of evolutionary psychology, neuroscience and Mahayana Buddhism this course runs for 9 weeks with a day of practice. It includes a manual and audios of the practices.
Tutor: Suzanne Mulqueen holds a post-graduate Diploma in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen. She is affiliated with the Mindfulness Association and has delivered their level 1 Mindfulness training and more recently their Compassion Based living Course(CBLC). Suzanne adheres to the good practice guidelines and it is her own experience of transformative power of Compassion which motivates her to teach.
