The Dublin Lacan study group is pleased to announce a series of five lectures on Lacan’s 1961-1962 Seminar IX Identification.

About This Event

Delivered from October 2021 to March 2022 on Zoom, the lectures will be given by Dr Olga Cox Cameron (Psychoanalyst and scholar, Dublin), Dan Collins (Psychoanalyst, and professor, Buffalo), and Donald Kunze (Professor Emeritus, Penn State University). We are delighted to welcome members of the Manchester Psychoanalytic Matrix (Convener Prof Ian Parker) and members of the Dallas Lacan Study Group (Convener Dr Stephanie Swales).

Interested attendants should note that the reading of the seminar is recommended prior to the lectures. The text used will be Cormac Gallagher’s translation of the seminar (www.lacaninireland.com). Tickets should be booked on the Eventbrite link for registration and Zoom link purposes.
