Sexual Violence Specialisation Course Starting September 2022
A one-year Sexual Violence Training Specialisation c/o Rape Crisis Midwest is starting in September 2022, one weekend per month.
This is a nine-module training aimed at all counsellors/psychotherapists that have completed their Undergraduate or Masters training by next September and who are fully accredited or working towards accreditation.
The training comprises of nine modules aimed at giving the participants the knowledge and skills needed to competently understand and work with Sexual Violence.
Fee – fee for the course is €1500, which can be paid in instalments. A non-refundable deposit of €300 is payable on acceptance of application
Course Training Dates – September 17th & 18th, October 15th &16th, November 12th & 13th, December 3rd and 4th, January (2023) 15th & 16th, February 11th & 12th , March 4th & 5th, April 1st and 2nd, April 29th & 30th
Closing Date – 30th June 2022
Interviews – June/July 2022 (Successful applicants will be informed by the end of July 2022)
