If you would like to contribute your experience, learning or research findings in relation to the philosophy, theory or practice of supervision, the DCU conference committee would be delighted to hear from you. Abstracts for research papers, review papers, symposia or workshops in relation to the following domains are particularly welcome:
- Supervisory relationships: exploring the significance of the supervisory relationship and the impact it may have on professional confidence and capability;
- Responsibility and supervision: considering the range of responsibilities in the practice of supervision, and how these responsibilities may vary across contexts, time and career stages;
- Supervision practice: exploring supervision practices and experiences in the consulting room and the variety of modes, methods and theoretical models in supervisory work.
